Dashboard
The dashboard is the starting point for reviewing current FieldWRX activity. Use it to orient yourself before moving into jobs, customers, billing, alerts, or reports.
Business Unit Scope
The greeting area shows the current date and the business unit selector. The selector controls the dashboard data shown on the page, including job counts, map markers, asset counts, consumable activity, alerts, and task lists.

Choose All business units when you need an organization-wide view. Choose one business unit when you only want activity for that operating area.
Jobs Summary
The Jobs card shows job volume for the current week, a recent trend line, and counts for key job statuses.
Use the status counters to understand how work is moving through the job funnel. Clicking Draft, Scheduled, Dispatched, or In Progress opens the Jobs list and applies the matching status filter.
Employees Summary
The Employees card summarizes workforce availability across the selected business unit scope.
The donut count shows total employees included in the dashboard view. The legend separates employees who are currently on jobs, ready to dispatch, or recently finished. Clicking any status label opens an Employees drawer that lists which employees pertain to each status.
Vehicles Summary
The Vehicles card shows active fleet capacity and how those vehicles are split between dispatched, maintenance, and ready-to-dispatch states.
Use this card to quickly see whether enough active vehicles are available for upcoming work. Inspection alerts may appear on the live dashboard when vehicles need follow-up.
Job Consumables
The Job consumables card highlights inventory health and recent usage for common consumables.
The stock pills summarize how many consumables are stocked, low, or out of stock. The item list shows available quantity and recent usage so teams can identify restock needs before jobs are affected.
Map
The map shows business unit locations and jobs with coordinates. Selecting a job from the Jobs list can focus the map on that job.

Use the map to understand where active work is located and how jobs relate to nearby business units. Jobs without coordinates are omitted from the map.
Jobs List
The Jobs list shows scheduled and active work for the selected business unit scope.
Each row includes the job number, customer, status, start time, work site, work description, and assigned personnel. Use the status filter to narrow the list, or use the Add button to create a new job.
Alerts
The Alerts card groups operational alerts by category and severity.
High severity alerts need the most immediate attention. Medium and low severity alerts are still useful for planning follow-up work across equipment, vehicles, consumables, invoices, and certifications.
Job Tasks
The Job tasks card shows work items that still need action on existing jobs.
Tasks may point to timesheets, usage, or invoices. Use the task action on the live dashboard to open the right job area and complete the missing work.
